James Schneider
James Schneider was born in New York in 1953, the son of two Holocaust survivors, Alfred and Tosia. While his father was a virtuoso on the accordion he chose to study chemical engineering, and became renowned professor at GA. Tech and MIT. His mother's father Jacob was an accomplished flautist and led a small orchestra in Poland. Music studies for James started at age eight at the Peabody Conservatory extension in Towsen, MD and later followed by private guitar studies with Tony Mottola and Richard Young. Following studies of music and architecture at Antioch College and the University of Oregon, James continued to study world music ethnomusicology with North Indian master musician Ali Akbar Khan and oud with Hamza El Din. He currently lives in Atlanta and teaches private music lessons.

Born and raised in Jerusalem, Israel, Moshe received an education in top hotels In Israel (King David Hotel). He has a passion for great food and a desire to provide clients with fresh and festive menus. Moshe seeks culinary inspiration from various cultures around the world and works directly with his clients to create unforgettable menus tailored specifically for their event. He approaches all aspects of his life with passion, creativity, and humor and spends his personal time enjoying the outdoors.
