As a long time community activist, Carol Nemo understands the value of service and giving back to the community. She is the co-founder of the Davis Academy and a member of the Founding Board at the Weber School. Carol has also been a member of the Board on a variety of meaningful organizations, including the ADL, AJC, VP Bureau of Jewish Education and more.

As such a strong leader in serving the community, how better to give back than to serve up delicious Toffee Matzah Crunch and share the story behind the dish?
