Program

The Breman's own Rabbi Joe Prass will be discussing the holiday of Tu B'Shevat and a sampling of foods from the holiday will be available. Free access to the gardens afterward is included with the program.

Overview

The Breman Museum, Atlanta Botanical Garden, Alliance Theater, and Atlanta Symphony Orchestra are partnering to bring the Midtown community something new between 12:30 and 1 p.m. on the third Friday of each month The program pairs two of the institutions for a conversation, performance, or tour experience from a new perspective. Each lunchtime program is FREE, and lasts approximately 30 minutes with time to explore the venue after the program. Lunch is not included with programs. Please visit Midtown dining options near each venue.

Join us for a special chamber performance by The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra at the Atlanta Botanical Garden! The Peachtree String Quartet, distinguished members of the ASO, will present a chamber program featuring musical selections to delight audiences and enhance the Atlanta Botanical Garden experience.

In anticipation of the Alliance Theater’s upcoming production of In Granny’s Garden, Raleigh Wasser, Horticulture Manager, Atlanta Botanical Garden will share tips on growing your own successful tomatoes for the garden or patio. Tomato harvests are best shared with friends and family, so we’ll offer a sample of tomato preserves for all to enjoy.
